Não parece despropositada a existência de uma TV local que transmitiria alguns dos conteúdos do site da ONDA Debates – Associação cultural. A quase exclusividade de comunicação via internet limita a sua massificação. Considera-se fundamental que se chegue ao maior número de pessoas e de forma simples – a imagem poderá ser parte principal da respetiva estratégia de comunicação.
A razão da criação da ONDA Debates foi o desenvolvimento de uma TV local, com transmissões em direto e/ou diferido dos momentos relevantes para a Comunidade de Peniche. Prevê-se que o local das transmissões venha a ser um local de encontro e confraternização. As transmissões exteriores terão suporte em ecrã eletrónico.
